Tried to order a replacement battery for a cordless Dyson. They sent the wrong one and never sent the correct one.
Just received these batteries today and find they will not fit the Craftsman charger. In fact they got damaged when trying to plug them into the Craftsman charger and the charger blinked that they were defective. They may look like craftsman batteries, but they are not a replacement in any way. Reading the return policy says that I will have to pay to ship them back and if any damage is reflected I will not receive a refund.
No refund guarantee. Stay away from this company. I am VERY unhappy and will definitely warn any of my friends and family about this product and company. As if, I have money to throw away.
I called AAA to get a jump start. On arrival the installer checked the battery and said I needed a new one. I agreed, but the installer told me AAA didn't carry smart key batteries for a Nissan Murano. The car is over 10 years old and this was the first time I've heard this. My question is how come AAA doesn't carry them? Don't most cars have smart keys.
Batteries don't hold a charge and don't have any power when they are supposedly charged. I feel ripped off. You can't send them back after 30 days
I received 2 batteries for $150 for my greenworks battery lawnmower. They didn't work. The mower would run for a couple seconds, then stop. After numerous emails i was given a refund. They need to bring up the quality of their product.
After go back and forth with the company I contacted my credit card company and "the day" I did triple batteries said they would take back the battery BUT they wanted the tracking number AND I was responsible for ALL the postage and handling which because it's was a Lith-Ion battery was almost half of what it costs. Don't walk away from this company but RUN.
I received a defective battery and wanted a return or replacement and this company gave me the runaround. I had to take matters in a different direction.

I recieved 2 19.2v batteries for my craftsman drill. 1 works 1 doesn't take a charge. After fulfilling the request for pictures of my charger and video of the problem, they have yet to respond (8 emails) I'm completely disgusted by this company. Zero stars would be generous.

Don't buy these batteries! They are junk! They hold only a small charge and are exhausted quickly. I bought an 18v dewalt battery which wouldn't charge out of the box. I emailed the company and their response was 10% discount when I bought an additional battery. What a lot of crap. They aren't cheap and are vastly inferior. Buy the real thing instead.

Order and received two craftsman 19.2 batteries one is good the will not take a charge and they will not do anything about it
Received these batteries and they fit and charged up on my Dewalt with no problems. Have use one of them briefly and it worked fine. The real test will be a future construction product which will tell how long they last. If I am disappointed I will make a supplemental review. One note, they are slightly larger and heavier than the originals.

I ordered 2 batteries for my Dewalt drill. When they arrived I tried to plug one into my Dewalt battery charger and it wouldn't fit; the batteries also would not fit my drill. Further, they were not even Dewalt batteries. I returned the batteries to the specified address for a refund with the specified RMA number inside and outside the package, I paid the return shipping costs myself and waited. Only after pinging them by email did I get a response and a PARTIAL refund - even after fully complying with they return policy and all the instructions. Do not under circumstances deal with the thieves. Their advertising is not truthful and their business practices are unscrupulous to be sure.

I have purchased replacement batteries for Milwaukee tools from 3B before. The result was great. Charged very well, HELD charges and performed as wells any brand name battery. I then took a plunge and purchased 3 batteries for Ridgid tools. These were 2- 4ah and 1- 6ah. Visually, they were all identical. 1st red flag. As I compared them to existing Ridgid brand batteries they looked the part w the exception to the 6ah battery. At this point I'm thinking "what am I not seeing here". Charged them all, went well, a week later put them out to use on a job- in a flashlight. Flashlight kept going off as it does when a battery is low. Checked LED readout- Full. Removed battery and reinstalled. Once again, light in the flash light, then off again. 2nd red flag. I check a few tools like this. It is as though the batteries have a timing chip in them. I checked and rechecked the tabs on batteries and tools to see if connection was correct or short in some manner. Nothing stands out. A fair amount of time has passed. I bought them with something of a discount so the loss isn't horrendous but, annoying. As I revisit the whole event. I figure they, factory, sales and myself ALL screwed up. Me for not doing a righteous $#*!out to 3B, the sales people for pulling a bait and switch(put a 6ah sticker on an identical 4ah battery) and the factory for building a flawed battery. Now a couple of months have passed since purchase. I assigned two batteries to a specific tool and cased them and tool up. I just checked batteries and tool. Batteries still have a charge, and yep, still have a timeout glitch in them. Completely unreliable in the field. Well, truth be told, they do work. You just have to unload battery and reload every time they shut down. Piss poor. I'll gladly take the hit from Ridgid and buy a battery where all I have to do is wince from the $$$ cost, charge it, and use the tools. Makes my day SO much less stressed, and toss anxiety out the window where it belongs. I think my total loss for the experiment amounts to a tad under 100$. I received about 500$ worth of stress, confusion, anger and general malaise. Not the swinging bargain after all. I give it a two. Batteries actually hold a charge and charge well. It the USING the charge part that really hammers the coffin

They said I ordered an 18V battery for my 14.4V drill - it's because they were out of my battery they sent me the wrong one - said I ordered it - I had to pay $8.00 to ship back then they shorted my refund by 5.99 for initial shipping. DO NOT BUY HERE! Amazon has the same batteries for less - and they guarantee your safisifaction without money out of your pocket. DO NOT SHOP WITH TRIPLE BATTERIES!
When they arrived, I tried to plug them into the drill. THEY DIDN'T FIT. I then tried to plug them into my DEWALT charger. THEY DIDN'T FIT. I then took one of my old batteries and compared their connector end against the connector end of the new batteries. They appeared very similar. EXCEPT FOR ONE DETAIL - THE NEW ONES DON'T FIT INTO EITHER THE DEWALT DRILL OR THE DEWALT CHARGER!
The first picture is the original Dewalt battery. The second picture is the NEW battery. Looks like it should fit... BUT, IT DOESN'T! I even held the two batteries against each other. The inside & outside dimensions of the connection housings are very similar. EXCEPT, THE OLD BATTERY GOES "CLICK" AND THE NEW BATTERY DOESN'T GO INTO THE HANDLE OF THE DRILL!
The price is very good but you get what you paid for, I just waisted $40. The battery I purchased does not work in any of my tools. I have charged it and charged it but it is useless!
The dewalt 20. Bought 2. And they will not hold charge very long. They are junk... do not buy. They are on charger longer than any usage. They say they arecharger but are not!
They're terrible. Hold a charge for about 5 minutes of continuous use. They are as bad as what I wanted to replace. It's too bad but the most cost effective way to get NEW batteries is to buy a new drill too.

I bought 2 6.0Ah 19.2 volt Replacement Battery for Craftsman C3 | Lithium Ion XCP 19.2V DieHard Batteries, 12/20, They were supposed to be knew. When received them, I knew that I am supposed to charge them before I use them. I put them in my charger, and got the green light flashing, So I started using them as if they are fully charged. I only used them occasionally, for my Craftsman Flashlight. When they finally did drain and had no more juice left, i put them in my charger again. GUESS WHAT? It still showed that they are fully charged!
I figured, maybe my charger is damaged? So, I bought myself a new charger! But of course, it showed the same results on the batteries, that they are FULLY CHARGED, when they were COMPLETELY DEAD!
After emailing many times, with proof of my purchase, I'm still waiting for any acknowledgement from them!
